Amy Stebbins is a writer/director. Recent work includes: Mauerschau (Bavarian State Opera); MAKING A (RE)ENTRANCE (Gray Center Chicago); Musical Land (Deutsche Oper Berlin). Stebbins has collaborated with Grammy Award-winning composer Michael Einziger and stage musician Sir Henry. She is committed to international artistic exchange. In 2015 she received a German Chancellor Fellowship to promote Transatlantic theater collaborations. In 2018 she will open Echo Chamber Operas, an international network for new opera production. Stebbins holds a B.A. from Harvard University and an M.A. from the University of Chicago. In 2007 she received a Fulbright to study direction at the Berlin Volksbühne.
