The first international forum on the life and artistic creativity of Franz Xaver Mozart, as well as on the musical reception of his father (a musical genius), was held within the framework of LvivMozArt festival in 2017. However, as the old saying 'The king is made by his retinue' goes, even the most outstanding artists are created by their cultural environment. So what was the musical and artistic atmosphere which inspired Franz Xaver Mozart in Lviv? Who was close to him, shared his spiritual ideals and helped to draw up creative plans? The silhouettes known in their time (though today, alas, forgotten), successful and talented musicians of the first third of the 19th century (Mozart's associates in the capital of Galicia) and the panorama of musical life of that period are represented by the leading musicologists of Austria, Poland, and Ukraine.
